Meme's Tearoom             

This sweet tearoom is for ladies and girls of all ages. We offer an elegant setting for a joyful quiet lunch that will make memories for old and young. Beautiful antique atmosphere, good food and an array of teas will make this lunch worth the trip. Our soups, salads and sandwiches are prepared daily as you order so to be fresh. She and her friends (we can seat 12) can celebrate her birthday with Princess invitations, tiaras, balloons and princess gift bags as well as a princess cake. Call for a price list and give your little Princess a real Princess party!

We are located in a grand old hotel built in 1906. Ask to visit the Victorian rooms offered for a Bed and Breakfast stay, you'll love them. You can also tour the museums in Bowling Green and Louisiana while on the visit here if you'd like. Or take a short drive to Amish country and see their homes and shops. We have maps. The tearoom offers Amish wares, greeting cards handmade by an Amish young lady and baked goods and candy from some of the best Amish bakers in Curryville. Quilts and Victorian cards can also be found for sale so visit us soon!
